SRA Policy Landing PageThe Society for Research on Adolescence is actively engaged in a variety of policy-related activities to support researchers and the community in advancing the science and wellbeing of adolescence.
SRA issues statements of policy that include references to research on a variety of issues. For a list of all of SRA’s recent statements, please click here. For recent research about adolescents conducted by SRA members and others, you can also visit the Journal for Research on Adolescence here and search key terms (e.g., gun violence, social media) you are interested in. Open-access articles should be available for immediate viewing. Researchers for any publication can be contacted directly by clicking the envelope icon next to an author’s name within a JRA publication. We also encourage policymakers to contact the Research-to-Policy Collaboration - TrestleLink or the Federation of Associations in Behavioral & Brain Sciences to connect with trained expert adolescent researchers from SRA who can address policymakers’ specific questions. If none of these resources sounds like what you are looking for, please feel free to reach out to SRA directly.
