Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds due to cancellation must be submitted in writing by February 28, 2012. Refunds are not available for event tickets. There is a $30 fee for all cancellations. We regret we cannot honor any requests for cancellation refunds after February 28, 2012. Refunds are processed 3 to 4 weeks after the meeting. Those who do not appear at the meeting, thereby canceling by default, will not be eligible to receive a refund. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
